The Heritage Trust has said that the former St. Bernard’s School site should be sensitively redeveloped in a way that is “mindful” of its heritage value. This follows the announcement by Government of the tender of the former St Bernard’s School on Castle Road, a move that is “generally welcomed” by the Trust.
