Rotten egg or sulphur smells were also affecting the South District late last night, with reports received today that residents near the port area were similarly affected at the same time.
The organisers of The Gibunco Gibraltar International Literary Festival regret to announce the cancellation of Professor Paul Preston's talk on his book "The Spanish Holocaust". The cancellation is due to Professor Preston's inability to travel to Gibraltar because of ill health.
