Day five of competition saw the main focus for Team Gibraltar center on the Barry Budden Shooting Complex on the outskirts of Dundee. Gibraltar's shooters had begun over the weekend with 10m Air Pistol and Air Rifle, but five more took to the firing points. Clay Target Shooters Kevin Cowles and Gary Cooper made solid starts to their first two rounds of shooting, Kevin shot 42 out of 50 while Gary closed on 36 out of 50. The pair continue tomorrow with a further three rounds before the final.
Gibraltar will soon roll out new, silver £15 coins that will bear images of the Queen and the Rock on one side, and the coat of arms on the other, either in rich authentic colours, which will be a first for a Gibraltarian coin, or with a diamond finish.
