It is a great pleasure for me to be back here in the great city of Manchester.
The Minister for Sport, the Hon. Steven Linares wishes to congratulate local hockey umpire Nathan Stagno on his appointment to officiate at the Olympic Games to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2016.

Peter Sand holds a Master’s Degree in Economics for the University of Copenhagen and is Chief Shipping Analyst at BIMCO (Baltic and International Maritime Council), which he joined in 2009. In this position he is responsible for analysing the commercial markets for dry bulkers, tankers and container ships. Peter talks to Gibraltar Shipping providing more insight on his role and views on current shipping trends.
