The Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP) investigation into the allegation that ‘whistle-blowers’ were incentivised to provide evidence to the McGrail Inquiry “has not uncovered any evidence that meets the threshold for criminal prosecution for Misconduct in Public Office.”

The GSD says that the Government response to the “stunning fact” that there are 59 cases of unfair dismissal which cannot be progressed is “superficial and weak”. The party says that some of those cases have been waiting for the appointment of a chairperson for more than two years.
