European Commission Executive Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič, Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation José Manuel Albares and UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy, together with the Chief Minister of Gibraltar Fabian Picardo, met in Brussels earlier today.
The Gibraltar Social Democrat Opposition says that it is shocked to learn of the manner in which the Government has awarded the contract for the provision of advertising at Gibraltar airport.
The Government says that the reaction of the GSD and Mr Bossino to the information that is being provided on employment is a reflection of their “political hypocrisy” and “double standards.”
Gibraltar will face Germany, Georgia, Scotland, Poland and the Republic of Ireland in Group D of the qualifying rounds for the Euro 2016 football championships.
