June 06 - Balban: Traffic Survey Almost Complete

balbanThe Minister for Traffic, Paul Balban, said that the Government’s traffic survey has almost been completed. He said that there were only a few more surveys to be conducted on bus routes. In total, over 6,300 roadside interviews have been conducted. Around 700 cyclists and pedestrians were interviewed, 2,500 have responded to the car parks questionnaires and a further 1,000 people have been interviewed on the bus routes and another 1,000 have answered questions during household interviews. The survey has covered all road users including visitors from across the frontier.
