As part of its ongoing macaque management programme, Dr. Cortes, and the Department of the Environment launched a new TV advert, aimed at raising awareness of the links between human behaviour and macaque behaviour.
A 33 year old local man has appeared yesterday at the Magistrates Court on tobacco charges.
Dylan Otton of Anderson House was arrested on the 2nd April 2014 by RGP officers at Corral Road when the officers, who were attending a traffic accident Otton had been involved in, observed a number of boxes of tobacco in his motor car.

Following great speculation after the Rock Cup final last week the GFA has officially announced that College Europa FC will represent Gibraltar in UEFA’s Europa League, this season. Initial reports stated that Manchester 62 FC, the league runner’s up would play in the League, however, UEFA’s Europa League rules go against the policy adopted by the GFA, that the League spot would go to the local league’s runner up. UEFA’s rules however state that the domestic cup runner-up qualifies for the UEFA Europa League.
