Following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the GHA board is postponing their public meeting scheduled for this afternoon until after the period of National Mourning.
In keeping with Royal Protocol for the State Funeral of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, His Majesty’s Government of Gibraltar has confirmed that the day of Her Late Majesty’s Funeral, Monday 19th September 2022, will be a Bank Holiday in Gibraltar.

My dear fellow Gibraltarians and residents of Gibraltar,
The death of Queen Elizabeth the Second has been a dreadful blow for all British people and for the people of all Her Realms and Commonwealth.
The whole of Gibraltar is under a cloud of sorrow today.
We are united in mourning.
