Saturday the 27th January is International Holocaust Day which commemorates the day in 1945 when the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp was liberated by Allied forces at the end of the Second World War. It is a day to raise awareness and reflect on what can happen when anti-semitism and racism are unchecked.
