Gibraltar’s representation at the Labour Party Conference continued yesterday evening with the Gibraltar Reception hosted by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and featuring a keynote speech by the UK Minister for Europe and the Overseas Territories Stephen Doughty MP.
The Government of Gibraltar has announced the Gibraltar Association for New Technologies will take part in HackOnLisk, a hackathon led by Lisk, the platform for building blockchain applications using JavaScript, with Philip Vasquez as a member of the judging panel. The Hackathon began on 21st May and will run until 23rd July.
The Gibraltar Health Authority and Elderly Residential Services have announced that the Bella Vista Day Centre will close as from Monday 26th July due to the rising positive COVID cases in the community. The service will remain available until Friday for those who cannot make alternative arrangements at short notice.
