Gibraltar’s representation at the Labour Party Conference continued yesterday evening with the Gibraltar Reception hosted by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and featuring a keynote speech by the UK Minister for Europe and the Overseas Territories Stephen Doughty MP.

The Gibraltar Heritage Trust is launching its first ever podcast series called the ‘Gibraltar Heritage Podcast’. The podcast will focus on the work of the Gibraltar Heritage Trust as well as promoting the Rock’s diverse history.
The ESG is concerned about the “excessive, and lengthy emissions of thick, black smoke from the vessel FRONT UII”, on Saturday 17th July. The group says it is awaiting news from the Port on what action it will take “against such practice by vessels availing themselves of services provided by Gibraltar based companies.”
Representatives from several groups met yesterday to sign a memorandum of understanding and commitment, joining them in a union which has been called the Gibraltar Disability Rights Federation.
