The Self Determination for Gibraltar Group (SDGG), in conjunction with Gibraltar Cultural Services (GCS), is pleased to announce the programme of events for this year’s National Day, to be held on Tuesday 10th September at Casemates Square, John Mackintosh Square and Governor’s Parade.
A Spanish national was arrested by HM Customs yesterday evening at Eastern Beach. He was intercepted by officers whilst walking north towards the frontier fence carrying a haversack which was found to contain 2,000 cigarettes (10 cartons).

Following a report of a residential burglary in the early hours of Monday the 20th of January 2014, officers of the Royal Gibraltar Police Criminal Investigation Department yesterday arrested a 34 year old local man on suspicion of burglary.
