Gibraltar’s representation at the Labour Party Conference continued yesterday evening with the Gibraltar Reception hosted by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and featuring a keynote speech by the UK Minister for Europe and the Overseas Territories Stephen Doughty MP.
Last weekend, Friday 1st – Sunday 3rd December, fourteen members from Plater Youth Club took part in a fun-packed residential at the Gibraltar Retreat Centre. The weekend was a result of the hard work put in by the young people during the autumn programme delivered at Plater Youth Club on the “Healthy Lifestyle” topic.
Officers investigating a series of bicycle thefts around Gibraltar in the past few weeks are keen speak to the individuals shown in the attached photographs. They may be able to assist officers with their inquiries.
On 26 October, the Government set out its plans for new schools in Gibraltar and it can confirm that ground has already been broken for the first of these schools.
