Reacting to the news that Bishop Heskett has been appointed Bishop of Hallam and will be leaving Gibraltar in the summer, the Chief Minister, Fabian Picardo, said: "I have been touched by the news that Gibraltar's beloved Bishop Heskett will be leaving us shortly.

A six lane queue has started forming at the frontier with cars estimated to be taking 1 hour 15 minutes to cross.
