Oct 09 - Gibraltar Police Establishes Communication Link with Spanish Counterparts
Today marked a groundbreaking move towards more regular communication between the Gibraltar Police Association, the Gibraltar Defence Police Federation and Spanish Unions for both the Police and Guardia Civil. With Gibraltar’s police unions set to join the European Confederation of Police (EuroCOP), a meeting was held today between representatives of EuroCOP and the Gibraltarian and Spanish police unions in order to discuss mutual policing issues and establish a working link between forces on both sides of the frontier.
Oct 09 - Gibraltar's 6th Nursing, Midwifery & Health Visiting Conference
The Gibraltar Health Authority today hosted its 6th Nursing, Midwifery & Health Visiting Conference held at Europa Retreat Centre. It aimed to give staff the opportunity to share examples of best practice in improving patient experience with each other.
Oct 09 - On Her Way to £5000
As part of her fundraising efforts in preparation for the Miss World pageant, Miss Gibraltar 2014 Shyanne Azzopardi today received a cheque for £500 from GM International Homes. The donation follows a skydive Shyanne carried out last month.
