Gibraltar’s representation at the Labour Party Conference continued yesterday evening with the Gibraltar Reception hosted by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and featuring a keynote speech by the UK Minister for Europe and the Overseas Territories Stephen Doughty MP.
The Minister for Culture, Prof John Cortes, met with Gibraltarian Chef and Entrepreneur Nico Fitzgerald, to congratulate him for his recent successes and learn more about his plans to promote Gibraltarian Culture through Cuisine.
The Department of the Environment, Sustainability, Heritage and Climate Change will once again be implementing a temporary ban on the collection of Octopus from Friday 29th April to the 3rd June 2022, both dates inclusive.
