Two local men Kevin Finlayson, aged 41 years old and Dylan Agius, aged 33, today received suspended sentences after being found guilty on one count of GBH, following an incident in Harbour Views Estate in 2012, when they were working as parking enforcement officers for ATM European Limited in Gibraltar.
