The Spanish Ambassador to the United Nations today presented a fully-fledged joint sovereignty “solution” which would guarantee Gibraltar’s continued membership of the EU despite the Brexit result in June’s referendum. The comments were made at the start of this afternoon's session of the UN's Fourth Committee before Fabian Picardo's annual speech.
