The Chief Minister, Fabian Picardo, today met with the Foreign Secretary, Rt Hon Lord David Cameron, at the Foreign Office in London in order to discuss the outstanding issues and matters in the ongoing negotiation with the European Union in relation to Gibraltar.
The GSD has said that Albert Isola, the Minister for Financial Services, “has failed to declare his interest in a Bahamian company and is therefore in breach of his duty as an MP and has admitted this failure.”
The Miss Gibraltar campaign in aid of the new Calpe House appeal got a welcome boost this weekend with a donation by McDonald's. The Gibraltar branch of the international chain presented a cheque for £1,000 to the contestants as a “contribution to their fantastic work in aid of this worthwhile charity”.
