After a series of rumours circulating claimed that the Government was approached for sponsorship by the La Linea Real Balompedica Football Club they have set the record straight, confirming the statement.
The GSD has today accused the Government of distorting comments made by Opposition Leader Daniel Feetham. In response to the Government’s claim that the Opposition was not well briefed because in his GBC interview he said that “Gibraltar has signed 27 Agreements for exchange of tax information” when, in fact, there are over 100 tax information exchange arrangements in force.
As part of a trip partly organized by the Conservative International Office in the UK, Opposition member Isobel Ellul-Hammond returned from London after attending a series of meetings with Education and Health special advisors and visiting two educational establishments.
