Gibraltar’s representation at the Labour Party Conference continued yesterday evening with the Gibraltar Reception hosted by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and featuring a keynote speech by the UK Minister for Europe and the Overseas Territories Stephen Doughty MP.
The Minister for the Port, Neil Costa, has announced changes to the Port Rules, which regulate the amount of discount on passenger dues for cruise ships calling at Gibraltar. Changes to these rules will be officially announced in the Legal Notice to be published on Thursday.

Today the Association of Retired Police Officers handed over a mobility scooter to Mr Wilfred Charvetto a retired police officer. Mr Charvetto has undergone an operation to his right ankle and will be unable to walk for the next eight weeks.
