Gibraltar’s representation at the Labour Party Conference continued yesterday evening with the Gibraltar Reception hosted by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and featuring a keynote speech by the UK Minister for Europe and the Overseas Territories Stephen Doughty MP.
Miss Gibraltar’s 1st Princess, Jamielee Randall, recently left Gibraltar to participate at the Miss International 2013, which is being held in Okinawa and Tokyo, Japan, in December.
On her arrival, Jamielee found herself with a full schedule of photo shoots, rehearsals, filming and touring the region. The highlight of her trip will be the Miss International Final to be held on Tuesday 17th December 2013.
The Royal Gibraltar Post Office is to introduce a new initiative comprising a free Post Office Box Unit (POBU) service for Registered Charities in Gibraltar.
Although this will not equate to a free postal service, it will provide a free post office box address through which charities can collect their mail. Each registering Charity will be issued a unique number commencing with 90, followed by their issued Registered Charity Certificate Number.
The Care Agency has organised a two day leadership course for management commencing today. The course is being delivered by Rainmaker Coaching, a company which specialises in all aspects of Management and Leadership Skills.
