There was unanimous approval to allow the construction of the second phase of Kings Wharf to go ahead at the Development and Planning Commission meeting held yesterday.
The Gibraltar Police Authority (GPA) has thanked everyone who has replied to this year’s survey. The GPA adds that there is still time to take part as the year’s survey with the closing date having been set at Thursday 17th March.
The top prize in this year’s Art Competition for Young Artists was awarded to Naomi Duarte for her piece “Frida”. The competiton was organised by the Gibraltar Cultural Services on behalf of the Ministry of Culture, and all works are currently on display at the John Mackintosh Hall. The Minister for Culture, Steven Linares officially opened the Exhibition yesterday evening.
